Ticker Lab — Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy in full. It forms part of your Terms of Use.

1. All payments are final

All payments for paid Ticker Lab plans are final and non-refundable once charged. By making a payment you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of that payment for any reason — including, without limitation, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the data or analysis, not using the Platform, or stopping use before your paid period ends.

We encourage you to evaluate the Platform on the Free Tier before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying.

2. What you are paying for

A payment grants you access to the paid features for a fixed period (for example one month or one year, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase), starting from the date the payment is confirmed.

Payments are one-time charges. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring debit. When your paid period ends, paid access simply lapses and nothing further is charged. If you wish to continue, you make a new payment for a new period.

3. Genuine billing errors

The only exception to Section 1 is a genuine billing error — for example a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount. We correct these by reversing the erroneous charge; this is a correction of a mistaken charge, not a refund of your purchase. Raise it via the Support tab with your account email and the Cashfree transaction reference, and we will acknowledge within 24 hours. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under applicable law.

4. Free Tier

The Free Tier involves no payment and therefore no refund mechanism. If you are on the Free Tier, this Refund Policy does not apply to you.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a decision under this Policy, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at [email protected], who will:

  • Acknowledge your escalation within 24 hours
  • Provide a substantive response within 15 days

If still unresolved, you may approach the appropriate consumer dispute resolution forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

The Operator may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email to the address on file. The Policy in force at the time of your payment governs that payment.
